Course/Practice and Confidence

Lesson 03

Continuing practice

Journal, library, Practice Room, Facebook group, monthly session.

Observe first. Interpret second. Research third.

Complete, for me, does not mean finished with tarot. It means you have a practice you can keep without me standing over your shoulder.

Course, Practice Room, Reading and Spreads, libraries, journal. That loop is a life, not a module you graduate from.

Keep the loop alive

Practise regularly. Look at cards. Practise observation. Practise interpretation. Practise combining layers. Record first impressions before research. Review old notes so your intuition has evidence, not folklore.

Use the Spiritual Library as revision, not as a second course you have to finish. Use the Tarot Library the same way. Return to a card. Return to a number. Return to a law when a spread keeps humming with it.

When you have a real question, sit down and read. When you do not, one card is still a practice. Do not wait for a crisis to pick up the deck. Crisis makes hungry questions, and hungry questions make messy tables.

Other humans, once a month, and the group

The Facebook group is there so you can read for real people, kindly, and watch how your voice behaves when someone else is in the room. Use it as practice, not as a place to collect praise or to outsource your confidence.

Once a month I hold a free practice session. The date lives in the Practice Room, and I can change it without rebuilding the school. Come when you can. Bring a deck. Be willing to be unimpressive in public. That is how a reader gets made.

If groups make you twitchy, you can still keep the loop. Journal, Practice Room, one honest spread a week. Community is a help. It is not a requirement for the Method to work.

You are not done, and that is the point

There will always be a combination you have not seen. A card that still needles you. A week when intuition is quiet and the book is loud. That is not a fall from grace. That is a living practice.

Keep the ethics with you. Keep the formula with you. Keep the first impression. Keep the door open in your speech. Keep your own voice. That is continuing. Everything else is decoration.

Practice

A rhythm you will keep

Write a small weekly rhythm. One lesson or revisit. One card observation. One spread when you have a real question. One journal page. If you write a timetable you will ignore, write a smaller one. Then do this week’s version before you close the school for the day.

Where you will actually practise

Name where your practice will live for the next month. Practice Room, journal, Facebook group, monthly session, Reading and Spreads. Pick two you will really use. Write the first date you will show up.
