Location in this educational map: the centre of the chest. Colour in this map: green. A teaching colour for meeting, not a medical claim.

Heart is the meeting place. Cups, Lovers, Star, Three of Swords, Four of Cups, Ten of Cups. Also swords when the truth is a cut in a bond.

Light: warmth that can also have a door. Grief that is allowed to finish. Giving without disappearing. Shadow: a locked chest, a bleeding one you will not stitch, loving as self-erasure, pretty feelings that will not do the practical.

Foods traditionally paired here: leafy greens, green tea, herbs, cucumber, foods you actually share. A way of noticing care. Not a treatment. Eating them will not physically heal a chakra.

Practices: a hand on the chest, three slower breaths. Name grief as grief. One kind sentence you could actually say. A walk with someone, or a walk alone that is not exile.

Discernment: a heart sensation can be intuition, anxiety, or last night's row. Write it. Do not build a prophecy on a tight chest without looking at the card.
