Sacral is the water in the body. Cups, Empress, Ace of Wands when it is making, Three of Cups, the Devil when appetite has become a loop.

Light: honest want, play, a life that can feel, making things and babies and art and dinner. Shadow: numbness, using people as a tide, shame about wanting, appetite as the only compass.

Foods traditionally paired here: orange foods, sweet potato, mango, oranges, seeds, honey, water-rich fruit. A way of noticing appetite and flow. Not a cure. Eating them will not physically heal a chakra.

Practices: a hand on the lower belly and a minute of breath. A bath. A song in the kitchen. Write one true human want. Rest without earning it.

Discernment: sacral language is not an excuse to override someone else's no, including your own. Pleasure is not a moral test.
