What intuition can feel like

If I had started here, you would have used intuition as an excuse not to learn the cards. That is a common shortcut, and it produces readers who cannot explain themselves.

You already know traditional meaning as foundation. You already know how to look at an image. Intuition sits on top of that. It does not get to skip the homework.

When a first impression arrives now, you have somewhere to put it. You can test it against the picture, the question, the position, and the rest of the table. That is how intuition becomes a skill instead of a mood.

There is no official flavour. If you are waiting for a cinematic download, you will miss the quiet versions.

It can arrive as a picture. A word. A whole sentence you did not construct. A knowing with no pictures at all. A body sensation. An emotional weather that belongs to the card more than to your Tuesday. A memory that suddenly sits beside the image. A pattern you notice before you can explain it. A pull toward one symbol and a complete lack of interest in the rest.

Some people see. Some people hear. Some people feel. Some people just know. Most of us are a mix, and the mix can change with the question, the day, and how tired you are.

You might get a tightness in the chest and a very clear no. You might get nothing dramatic at all, just a clean sense of what the card is doing. Quiet is allowed. Quiet is often cleaner.

Some students feel cheated because they do not get visions. Visions are not a rank. A single honest word is worth more than a movie you invented because you thought you should be more psychic.

The work is not to collect a more impressive channel. The work is to recognise the way knowing actually arrives for you, and then to test it.

Intuition is not fear. It is not anxiety. It is not the answer you wanted. It is not a story you are projecting onto someone else. It is not bias dressed as a download. We will give each of those their own lesson, because they are the usual counterfeits.

For now, hold this. Intuition tends to be simple. It does not usually arrive with a speech attached. It can be serious without being theatrical. It can be wrong, which is why we record it. Being wrong is data. Pretending you were never wrong is how you stay a beginner.
