Astrology
Pluto
Pluto is the under-room. Power, compost, what must transform. Not a brand. Not a threat.
What this is
Deep change, control, the hidden bond, what dies so something can live. A modern map sometimes sits Pluto with Judgement or Death, and with Scorpio weather. Necessary ending. Power under the floorboards.
Why it matters
Some readings are not a tidy six. They are a true finish. Naming depth can keep you from decorating it. Using depth as theatre is the shadow.
How to recognise it
Skeletons, roses from waste, a call from under, a secret, a bond that changes you, a question about power, jealousy, or a life that will not go back.
How to use it
Ask what is actually ending, and who holds the power. Useful when the card is about a true finish. Not useful as a threat, and not useful as transformation as a personality.
Light
Honest power. A real ending. Compost. The dignity of going to the root. Change that does not need an audience.
Shadow
Control. Compulsion. Transformation as a brand. Using intensity to stay special. Power games dressed as depth.
Example
Death on the table. Plutonian flavour, if you use it: this is a true finish, not a mood. Light: compost, a clean ending. Shadow: clinging, or performing a dark rebirth so you do not have to do the ordinary grief. The rose and the skeleton are enough. The planet is optional.

Practice
Root, not theatre
Pull a card. Write what is under the floor of this question in ordinary words. If Pluto helps, keep it. If it makes you dramatic, drop it and stay with the image.
