Crown

Location in this educational map: the crown of the head, the quiet above the chatter. Colour in this map: violet or white. A teaching colour for meaning, not a personality.

Crown is the why underneath the week. Star, Sun, World, Hierophant when he is meaning rather than rules, Fool when trust is actually trust. Also the Moon when meaning has gone murky.

Light: a life that has meaning without needing a constant sign. Prayer, silence, a walk, putting the cards away and still being held. Shadow: spiritual bypass, superiority, refusing the body because the sky is more interesting. Also: despair that nothing means anything.

Foods traditionally paired here: fasting is sometimes mentioned in old maps. In this school we do not prescribe not eating. A simple meal, water, nothing you have to perform. Food will not physically heal a chakra.

Practices: sit, then come back to your feet. A walk without a podcast. One sentence of meaning that still includes the dishes. Close after spiritual work.

Discernment: crown work is not a personality. If you cannot come back to your feet after a reading, you did not open a crown. You forgot to close. Go to grounding and aftercare.
