Third eye is the looking inward and the looking through. High Priestess, Hermit, Moon, Queen of Swords when she sees clearly, Seven of Cups when sight is fogged.
Light: clean impression, pattern recognition, dreams that are useful, the first look you write down. Shadow: suspicion as a hobby, visions you will not test, confusing anxiety pictures with sight.
Foods traditionally paired here: dark berries, purple grapes, cacao, teas you drink without a screen. Attention, not a download. Eating them will not physically heal a chakra.
Practices: one minute of eyes closed, then write the first image. Test it later against a card and a real day. Sight without review is just a stronger mood.
Discernment: you do not get extra marks for being more psychic. You get a better reading for being honest about what you saw and what you added.
