Harmony
Harmony is energy that can sit together. It is not automatically the truth of the question. Peace can be a story you tell after a five so you can stop feeling.
What this is
Facing figures. Shared objects. A wreath. Temperance pouring. Two of Cups. Ten of Cups. Four of Wands. Ask what is agreeing.
Why it matters
Without harmony you will only know how to read conflict. With only harmony you will pretty a table that is not actually at peace.
How to recognise it
Symmetry, toasts, gardens, rainbows, blended waters, faces that can look. Also: a pretty surface on a tight jaw. Look at the mouth.
How to use it
Ask whether the agreement includes everyone in the picture. Six of Pentacles can look harmonious and still be an uneven exchange. Harmony plus question is the reading.
Light
True meeting. Blend. A household that holds. Repair. Shared joy that is not a display.
Shadow
Peace as performance. Fusion. A pretty picture that silences a side. Harmony used to skip a necessary fight.
Example
Two of Cups: two figures, a shared toast, a caduceus in many decks. Harmony as meeting. Shadow would be fusion, or a pact that looks pretty and is not yet tested. Same picture. Different honesty.
