Lesson 02
The seven centres
Observe first. Interpret second. Research third.
Root through crown. Themes, awareness, and how they can meet tarot. Work them in order if you can. The order is part of the teaching: do not live in the third eye and skip the feet.
How to meet a centre
Read the theme. Notice where people point, and the teaching colour, without making either a rule. Notice the body without making it a message. Learn the light and the shadow. Foods in this map are a way of paying attention, not medicine. Then try a practice you will actually do. Then see how the theme can sit inside a spread. Then do the exercise with an actual card.
You will not need all seven every reading. You need the one that is actually in the room, the way you need one law, one number, one astrological note.
